Type of Information We Collect

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Wix provides us with a website that allows us to interact online with you.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

Tools provided by the Meta pixel and google analytics may be used to collect visitor’s information to enhance customer experience. 

 

Your information may be stored on our computer system or on our loan origination system.  Information stored on our computer systems is encrypted behind a firewall.  Information stored within our loan origination software is protected by multi-factor authentication, IP whitelisting, DocuSign access code security, and compliance with industry standards like SOC 2 and MISMO.  Our loan origination software is leased from a third party company that specializes in mortgage loan origination software. 

 

Your information may be used for our marketing purposes to market to you.  Your name, phone, address, and email may be shared with a marketing company to assist us in marketing to you.
